Current Openings for Next School Year - 2024-2025.
Principal - Lometa ISD is seeking applicants for the position of campus principal. The qualified candidate should Texas principal certified and should have previous administrative experience. See General Professional Staff Pay and Benefits Below.
Secondary Technology - Business/Robotics/Programming - Lometa ISD is seeking a qualified instructor for the robotics education program as well as other technology-related classes. Teachers with experience in programming languages and/or robotics will be preferred. See General Professional Staff Pay and Benefits Below.
Secondary ELAR - Lometa ISD is seeking a qualified secondary ELAR teacher for Middle School Reading/English instruction. See General Professional Staff Pay and Benefits Below.
Secondary Science - Lometa ISD is seeking a secondary science teacher (chemistry or physics emphasis). The qualified candidate should be Chemistry/Physics or composite certified or in a qualified program. See General Professional Staff Pay and Benefits Below.
Elementary Teacher - Lometa ISD is seeking applications for the position of elementary teacher(s) for 2024-2025. Candidates should be EC-3 or EC-6 certified (or equivalent) or be in a qualified alternative program. ESL Certification and Reading Academy required but may be obtained during the year. Salary will be commensurate to experience according to state salary schedules where applicable.
Yearly instructional bonus of $3000.
