Shall the Board of Directors of the Logan-Magnolia Community School District in the County of Harrison, State of Iowa, be authorized to contract indebtedness and issue General Obligation Bonds in an amount not to exceed $8,800,000 to provide funds to build, furnish, and equip classroom, gymnasium, and safe room space additions, and to remodel, repair, improve, furnish, and equip its existing educational facility, with related site improvements, including a new access drive?

Scope of Improvements:

Additional classroom space will alleviate space issues in both the elementary and secondary, improve the student-to-teacher ratio, and provide enhanced learning opportunities for science and music.

The addition of a competitive size gymnasium allows for increased academic, practice, and competition opportunities allowing for growth, pride, and lifetime commitment to health and fitness.

Renovated classrooms create learning environments with appropriate updates, connections, and tools to effectively access information and collaborate.
