Your high school guidance counselor is Mrs. Amy Hallman. I have been in counseling for 18 years and have been in educating for 22. I started my career at Russellville High School, where I taught business and marketing and coached basketball and volleyball. After being offered the guidance counselor position at Franklin-Simpson High School, I felt that I found my true passion in education. I have been at LCHS for the last six years. I graduated from LCHS so I feel at home now. I received my Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing Education, Masters of Arts in School Counseling, and Rank I in School Counseling from Western Kentucky University.
I reside in Logan County with my husband, Brent and two children, Hayley and Hannah where I enjoy spending time with my family and photography.

How do I login into the Infinite Campus Portal?Go to the district website at www.logan.kyschools.us. On the left-hand side, you will find links for “For Parents”. Go to Infinite Campus. You can reset your own user name and password from the login page. Google Classroom
Students will use Google Classroom quite a bit while they are in high school. The guidance department has a google classroom as well.

AP Human Geography Students
AP Human Geography Students
AP Human Geography students that wish to take the AP exam, will be asked to commit to testing by November 13th. Mrs. McKinney will be coming to classrooms in October to determine if students wish to take AP exams in May. If your child passes the exam they will receive college credit for the class.
Cost for the exams are $85 an exam while students with free lunch will have their cost waived. More information with Mrs. McKinney.
