Stripe accepts US Dolllars, from Credit Card Payment, including Visa and Mastercard.

Fulfillment Policy:

Payment for services are made by the time of appointment.

As described in your intake paper work, including your Treatment Contract, there is a 24 hour Cancellation policy, and the full-fee will be paid for late-cancellations or no-shows.

If there is a dispute regarding payment and a refund is requested and granted, the refund request will be submitted to Stripe, and Stripe will refund your payment to your payment source.

Payment is for a telehealth service rendered, there are no shipping services or returns involved.

Stripe is certified annually by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider meeting all PCI requirements.

I comply with the PCI standards. My website does not have any means to collect the payment information you submit to Stripe. Your payment information is handled safely when doing business with Stripe.
