Message from LUSD Superintendent Neil Young:
All Lodi Unified students, regardless of immigration status, are entitled to learning in safe and welcoming school environments. Our commitment to our mission of providing students with the best education to be successful in life remains unchanged.
Lodi Unified follows the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and State Assembly Bill (AB) 699. Apart from a court order or judicial subpoena, we cannot release students or their information to anyone other than their parents/guardians or their authorized designees.
