2024 Schedule

Note to families: Invitationals require coaches to enter athletes way in advance of the meet, and the entries usually close at least one week in advance of the meet.  Meaning, the LHS Cross Country team is already on the line for the entry fees once the entries close. As coaches, we aim to get all our athletes into these invitationals. They are fun and where most PR's (Personal Records) come from during the season. If you need to miss an invitational please be responsible and let Coach Silva know 2 weeks or more before the scheduled invitational. 

I understand that last-minute situations pop up, family emergencies, illnesses, and injuries. Other than that, the expectation is that the athletes/families view the schedule at the beginning of the season and allow time for the races. If families already have plans in place, we ask to be advised well in advance of the meet in order to save on wasted entry fees and so that teammates can count on one another to be there. If you already know of an excused absence please fill out the google form.
