The BFS Strength and Speed training is a program that will develop and improve the skills, coordination, and abilities of our students by increasing their strength, speed, quickness, agility, stability, range of motion, explosiveness, and flexibility. We will accomplish this through a multitude of different drills, weight room movements, band work, and stretching. Students will get out of this program what they decide to put into it. Students who are focused, come ready to work, are committed to their timeslot session, lift properly, drill properly, and follow the overall plan will see results. EVERY session is a Coed class with the exception of one. That one session will be a Female only session with girls in 9th through 12th grade.
The program is broken down into Beginner (6th & 7th grade), Intermediate (8th and 9th grade), and Advanced (10th, 11th, and 12th grade). There will be sessions available for all skill levels. We will do our best to accommodate your session request for certain time slots.
PLEASE be aware that the Lodi School District COVID Safety guidelines will dictate what we can do. These guidelines may affect the number of students we are allowed to train inside of the school during any given time.
**Please be ready to warm-up 5 minutes earlier than the start time. HS 10th, 11th, and 12th grades students may have to be shifted around to avoid overloading one session.
