This is Mr. Way's 27th year in the Lodi School district. He began teaching in Lodi in September of 1998, after graduating from St. Peter's College, which is now St. Peter's University. He first taught at Columbus Elementary School, and then spent 15 years at TJMS. This is now his 12th year at LHS, and he is currently a Geometry teacher and department supervisor.
Kristen Cooper

Miss Cooper graduated from Caldwell University with a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction in 2018. She was part of a 5-year program that allowed her to earn her Bachelors and Masters within a shortened amount of time. Miss Cooper started teaching in 2018, she has taught Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and now Math for College and Career Readiness! In her free time, Miss Cooper loves to go bowling and attend painting classes!
Ashraf Elsayed
My name is Ashraf Elsayed, and I am proud to be a Lodi High School Ram!
I live in Garfield, and received a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from New Jersey City University. I earned my education certificate from Rutgers University. I also received my special education certification from William Paterson University. This will be my third year at Lodi High School after 10 years teaching in Passaic and Bergen Counties. I spend my spare time with my family and I enjoy watching classic movies and soccer games.

Ms. Friedman graduated from Manhattan College with a Bachelors of Science with a major in Mathematics and a minor in Philosophy in 2020. She graduated with her Masters of Art in Teaching from Montclair State University in 2023. She is currently teaching Algebra 1. In her free time she enjoys playing board games with her friends and playing the ukulele.

Ms. Kent is in her second year teaching at Lodi High School. She has taught Algebra 1 and now this year is teaching Algebra 2! She is very excited to start a new school year at LHS!
Stacey Kuhl

Mrs. Kuhl decided to become a math teacher during her Freshman year at Lodi High School when she realized how much she liked Algebra. She went on to double major in Mathematics and Secondary Education at Rider University. A few years after getting her Bachelor's Degree at Rider, Mrs. Kuhl obtained a Master's Degree from Marygrove College. She has taught for 30 years in 2 different high schools, teaching all subjects from Pre-Algebra to Pre-Calculus. In the years since she returned to LHS, she got married and had 2 sons.

This is my third year at Lodi, but I spent 4 years teaching in a private school. I am currently teaching Algebra I and Geometry. I graduated from Bloomfield College with a Bachelors in Mathematics and received my Masters of Arts in Teaching from Montclair State University. I am a mom of two boys and during my free time I love to spend time with family, cook, and rewatch the Harry Potter movies. This year I am very excited to be a part of the Lodi community!

Mallory Noordeloos

Ms. Noordeloos, soon to be Mrs. Giannella in October, is a sixth year teacher at Lodi High, graduating from Kean University in 2018. At Kean, Ms. Noordeloos was a member of the Kean Women's Soccer team and a double major in both Mathematics and Secondary Education. At Lodi, Ms. Noordeloos is the Title 1 Coordinator and the Girls Soccer Head Coach. She is excited for another great year as a Lodi Ram!
Steven Noordeloos

Mr. Steve Noordeloos is in his 30th year teaching at Lodi High School, and is now its longest serving teacher. He received his B.S. degree in Mathematics from Montclair State University, and currently teaches Geometry and Honors Geometry. He recently transitioned from soccer coach to soccer official, but he remains the head coach of the Bowling Team. Mr. Noordeloos and his wife, Karen, of 35 years are both graduates of Eastern Christian HS. They have three children, Mitchel, Mallory, and Madison, and are proud new grandparents!
Teresa Osadnik

Mrs. Osadnik is in her 19th year of teaching at Lodi High School. She received a Master of Science in Engineering from the Technical University of Silesia, Poland, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Iona College, and a Master of Science in Mathematics from Texas A&M University. She has also been an adjunct professor at Rockland Community College since the fall of 2000. She is very much looking forward to taking her students on an exciting journey this year, which will be filled with knowledge, as well as preparation for the future. She hopes you will enjoy the class as much as she will enjoy teaching it. Together, you will have a great year!

Renee Payumo

Miss Payumo graduated in 2019 from Stony Brook University with her Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. She decided to become a teacher when she started tutoring SAT and ACT Math in 2020, and graduated from William Paterson University with her Bachelors of Arts in Mathematics in May 2023 and Master of Arts in Teaching Secondary Education, K-12 Math, in August of 2023. She is currently teaching Algebra 2. When she's not lesson planning or grading, she likes to rock climb and play video games.
Francesca Pollaro

Mrs. Pollaro is an alumni of Lodi High School. She graduated from LHS in 1996, then continued her education at Kean University. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in 2000. Her first teaching position was in the Junior/Senior High School in Wallington. In 2001, she started teaching at Lodi High School as an Algebra 1 and HSPA Math teacher. Several courses that she has taught in the past include Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, and HSPA Math courses. In 2004, she received a Masters degree in Education from Marygrove College.
Nell White

Ms. White has been teaching since 2010 and has been here in Lodi since 2017. She has bachelor's and associate degrees in Math from MSU and BCC and recently completed her Master's in Special Education at WPU. Ms. White is excited to be teaching Resource Algebra 1 & Algebra 2 again this year. Ms. White is the assistant director of the drama program and has been doing theatre for most of her life. She is also the GSA advisor here at LHS. Her three children are all pretty good at math as well - but only one of them actually enjoys doing it!
