About Ms. Couch
After receiving a degree in Music Education from Southwestern University (pictured above) in Georgetown, Texas I began my teaching career in Round Rock ISD. I had the privilege of working with two great campuses and sharing my wonderful students with two additional music teachers (one at each campus).
As much as I loved Round Rock I am now happy to be closer to home (I am from San Antonio, TX... GO SPURS!) and even more excited to continue my adventure at Bluebonnet Elementary here in Lockhart.
I now live in Austin, and I cannot wait to begin my 6th year with this community! If you have any recommendations for must see Lockhart spots and event please do not hesitate to share! I appreciate this community and all it does for our students.

Después de recibir mi título en Educación Musical de la Universidad del Suroeste (la imagen arriba) ubicada en Georgetown, Texas, comencé mi carrera docente en Round Rock ISD. Tuve el privilegio de trabajar en dos primarias y compartir estudiantes maravillosos con dos profesores adicionales de música con los que compartía las dos escuelas.
Aunque me encanto trabajar en Round Rock hoy me siento muy feliz porque trabajo un poco más cerca de mi ciudad natal San Antonio, TX (Go Spurs!) Estoy muy contenta con mi aventura en la primaria Bluebonnet aquí en Lockhart.
Ahora vivo en Austin y estoy muy ansiosa por comenzar mi 6to año. Si tienen alguna recomendación divertida para una persona nueva al área por favor compártanla conmigo. ¡Yo se los agradezco mucho!
