Divyang Rawal received his Ph.D. in channel estimation and data detection in coherent MIMO-OFDM systems from DAIICT, Gandhinagar, India. Currently, he is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of ECE, The LNMIIT, Jaipur. He has published several papers in refereed journals and recognized conferences. He has been a reviewer and the member of the technical committee of various reputed national and international conferences. His research interests include wireless communication, optical communication, MIMO, OFDM, WiMAX/LTEA/WLAN, Physical Layer Signal Processing and cognitive radio networks. He has a sound knowledge of MATLAB Simulation, C Programming, VHDL programming and also working on hardware boards (ZYBO, Zed board, RF ADFMCOMM S2/S3/S5).
He was a member of the project team related to "IMT-Advanced" fulfilling the specifications described in Draft for next generation systems associated with the ETRI, South Korea. It is the advanced version of WIBRO (called WIBRO advanced), Developing 4G Systems. His work is to Generate Downlink Transmitter for different MIMO Transmission like SFBC, SM cases according to frame structure of 802.16m PHY. Layer.
