Want to join or get involved?
Students - email cadence.mitchell@lmusd.org to get the log-in code for the NTC google classroom. No HW or anything is here, it's a place for information to be sent out and opportunities to be announced quickly and accessibly.
Parents/Guardians - ask your student to give you the same code so you can see what's going on! NTC is always looking for chaperones, work day helpers, builders, sewers, people who are crafty, and those just want to donate $$.
Community members - are you an expert in a theatrical field? Contact cadence.mitchell@lmusd.org and she's love to have you come and speak with the students! Are you looking for a great tax write off? Wall Requirements
The Senior Wall of Fame in Olympic Hall is a long-standing tradition of allowing graduates who have been heavily involved in the theatre company during their time in high school to have their photo placed on the walls. Students from both NHS and CCNTH are eligible.
Photos are to be school appropriate and can be from any performance associated with the NTC or backstage. Photos can also be posed, to represent a student’s time with NTC. Digital copies of the image must be sent for final approval by the teacher, Ms. Mitchell, by the specified date [TBD] for printing. Photos should only include the solo student in the image. Needs to be of a quality good enough to be used for a 20x30 frame.
Your name and graduation year will be printed ON the photos themselves. No other letters or symbols are allowed.
Before Graduation, to be eligible students must have fulfilled the below requirements:
Been involved (either on stage or tech crew) in at least 8 main-stage shows
Attended 5 workdays
Participated in two non-season activities (Red-Eye, Thespian Festival, OSF, Festivals, etc.)
Participated in one fundraising event or house crew for a production
Been involved (cast or tech crew) in at least two main-stage shows during their Senior Year
Been enrolled in ONE of the CTE pathway classes
IMPORTANT UPDATE:
Starting with the graduating class of 2025, you must be a completer of the Visual and Performing Arts CTE pathway classes.
