Advisory 2022/23

Our Story

Our Advisory class was created in an effort to support engagement and connection during the Covid19 School Closure. It's continued because we believe that students will benefit from time to connect with each other and an Advisory Teacher. Our Advisory program promotes meaningful relationships between staff and students while providing time for students to hear important announcements to promote school wide engagement and offer students opportunities to get involved on campus. Through weekly meetings with their Advisor, students will enjoy a more personalized high school experience. Advisory is dedicated to providing students with grade level specific lessons that focus on academic success, social emotional well-being, and college and career readiness to promote future ready learners and a positive high school experience for students at AGHS.
