Birthdays

     Birthdays in Room 45   

If you would like to recognize your child's birthday in the classroom, below are ways you could do so. Please note that birthdays are not celebrated with food or candy of any kind at Pine Road School. You may choose one of the following ways:

Choice 1 = *Birthday Book: Send in a favorite book of your child's so that I may read it to the class or you may come into the classroom to read it. (Please contact me to schedule a time.) 

Choice 2 = *Birthday Reader: You may send me a video of you reading a book to the class, with your child sitting next to you. Please be sure to have the camera close enough so the children are able to see the pictures.

Choice 3 = *Birthday "Show & Tell" Bag: Your child may bring in special items in any kind of bag, to show to the class (such as a favorite toy, pictures, keepsakes, objects, games, trophies,  etc...)

**If you have an additional idea, please feel free to contact me with it.

 Thank you in advance for not sending in any candy or food treats. We have several children with allergies.

(If any candy or food treats are sent in they will, unfortunately, be sent back home, thank you for understanding.)

You may send in private party invitations to be distributed in class, but there MUST be one for each child or for all of the boys or for all of the girls. No child may be excluded.  If there are exclusions, please mail them from home. 

The envelopes MUST be labeled with the names of the students. Thanks!
