LM Players is a student-run theater organization! We spend our time after school everyday building the set, sewing costumes, rehearsing acting, hanging lights, publicizing the show, designing the show, leading our fellow students, and, most importantly, learning from each other and our coaches. Please consider donating; we need your support to keep our organization running strong!
We use monetary donations to purchase materials that we need for each show. Your donation covers the cost of wood, fabric, lighting gels, or maintaining equipment. We make the most use of monetary donations, but we are also happy to accept any gift cards, vouchers, or merchandise that your business is willing to offer. We raffle off these types of items, typically on show nights in our raffle baskets. Email theplayersboard@gmail.com if you have any such items and would like to organize a time to donate them to us.
In return for a sponsorship or donation, we will feature an ad of your company in each of our playbills throughout the year, exposing your business to the community. We normally do 3 shows a year, 2 main stage shows and 1 black box production. Typically, Playbill ads cost $250 for a full-page ad and $125 for a half page ad.
