Entry Submission Instructions:

1.Click on Entry Form Submission Tab Above 

2. Fill out the Google Form 

3. Click Next

4. Click on STEM Entry Form 1/11/2025 Link 

5. Make a COPY of Entry Form 

(Click on the File tab on upper left hand corner, then make copy)

6. Fill out Entry Form  

7. Upload the Entry Form
