Our mission here at Elodia R. Chapa Elementary school is to help students serve. Our afterschool programs helps students in the following areas, academics, behavior, promotion rates, and graduation rates.  Elodia R. Chapa Elementary school ACE program helps to target the academic needs of students by providing them with educational clubs that target those areas of need. Through the La Joya ISD Texas ACE Program, we will strive to continue to be a place for learning and support to our students through innovative activities that will support students’ academic, social and emotional growth.
