Connect headphones with microphone.
In Google Voice, click on the Audio Settings icon 🎧
When asked to use the microphone, Allow.
Verify that the microphone works.
Test the audio.

Install the Google Voice app.
Throughout the setup, allow the necessary permissions. For example, microphone.
Sign in to your new account.
If you are already signed in to another account, tap on your profile icon.
Tap on the menu icon ☰ and select Settings ⚙️
Under Calls, select "Making and receiving calls."
Change it to Prefer Wi-Fi and mobile data.
If you want to make phone calls and not receive them, select "Do not disturb."
