Show night information - Doors to the auditorium do not open until 6:30. Please enter the building through the OLD Main Entrance and form a line down the math hallway. If you are doing hair and make-up, ticket sales, or helping in other ways please plan to get in line or have someone hold a place in line for you. Seats in the auditorium can only be saved by members of the production staff. All personal items left in the auditorium before 6:30 will be removed and placed in the band room for pick-up after the show. There was a huge issue last year with parents sneaking in and leaving coats etc. in the auditorium and/or cutting the line and we had complaints from families who followed the rules and waited in line. So if you want to leave your coat somewhere please leave it on a chair in the math hallway to hold your place in line.

ALL CAST MEMBERS: $15 to help cover the cost of costume rental and materials.

As we progress in our costume preparations, we may ask individual characters if they already have certain costume pieces of their own. We do not expect them to purchase them if they do not already own them. We are asking students to have all costume items at school when they return from February break. To ensure costume pieces are always available for rehearsal and showtime, all costume items and footwear must be left at school until after the end of the musical. If you are unable to provide any of these items, please contact us as
soon as possible so that we can help your student. We will make sure all students are properly costumed.
If you have questions or concerns regarding this request, please feel
free to contact us.
