2025 MANDATORY Band Camp Dates

March 24-28 - Music Evaluations conducted at school (Music packets with requirements distributed at school)

Monday, May 12 - incoming 9th Grade, Officers and all Drumline after school til 4:45 p.m.

Tuesday, May 13: Incoming 9th graders and ALL 2025 Marching Band Members after school til 4:45 p.m.

*Tuesday, May 13: New Band Parent Meeting 5:00 p.m. (30 minutes)

*Tuesday, May 13:   - $35 Camp Fee is Due. (Present WHS students Pay in SchoolCash Online)

    Saturday, July 19  Uniform Fit Day (assigned times TBA) 

Monday-Friday, July 21- July 25 - All Members 7am-3pm

Monday-Wednesday July 28-30 - All Members 7am-3pm

Thursday, July 31 – Picture Day 6:30 am – Dismissed after group and Individual pics(before 10am usually)

Friday, August 8th - 1st day of school 

Monday, August 11th- 1st after school practice

After School Practices - exact schedule to come (altered slightly based on any irregular weeks):

August: Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday till 4:30 (3 days/week until labor day)

After Labor Day through 1st week of November: (mostly) Tuesday & Thursday till 4:30

Football Games: Every Friday starting September 5th (some games may be moved to Thursday)

Bandboree and 2 Marching Festivals: TBA on 3 Saturdays (typically 2 in October, and 1 in November)
