Scholarship: The 2026 National CCAA First-Year Scholarship 

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: APR. 1, 2026

Description: The National CCAA First-Year Scholarship is awarded to 16 randomly selected students from various geographic regions who attend one of our 117 member institutions in fall 2026. The scholarship was established to celebrate and promote Catholic higher education, and the National CCAA Board of Directors is pleased to help support students' transition to college. The scholarship is a one-time, $1,000 award. Application available at: CCAA Application 

Scholarship: Men's College Scholarship

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: APR. 1, 2026

Description: This scholarship is designed to identify and reward outstanding high school seniors who have demonstrated an ability to excel in the fields of academics, extra-curricular school activities, and community involvement. The scholarship is available to any male, senior graduating high school who is enrolling in a four-year undergraduate college program that commences in the fall. Multiple scholarships will be awarded in amounts of $500-1,000. Application available at: Foundation for Fraternal Excellence  

Scholarship: The NJ Hall of Fame Arete Scholarship Fund 

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: APR. 1, 2026

Description: The Areté Scholarships will be awarded to four deserving students graduating from a New Jersey high school. Each recipient will receive a $5,000 scholarship from the New Jersey Hall of Fame (NJHOF).  Application available at: Arete Scholarship Application 

Scholarship: The Janet Logan Daily Foundation 

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: APR. 1, 2026

Description: The Janet Logan Daily Foundation grants an annual award to one graduating HS senior from New Jersey who will be enrolling full-time in an accredited post-secondary university or college. This scholarship rewards students from varying academic backgrounds who have routinely demonstrated maturity and integrity within and beyond the classroom.  Application available at: janetlogandailyfoundation.org/start 

Scholarship: Giovina Coscia Memorial Scholarship 2026

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: APR. 3, 2026

Description: Pomptonian Food Service will be awarding four $1,000 scholarships in memory of our founder, Giovina Coscia.  The monetary awards are available to graduating seniors in any of the high schools Pomptonian serves.  Children of Pomptonian employees are not eligible for this award. Scholarship: NJELSA Scholarship Award

Description: The New Jersey Electronic Life Safety Association (NJELSA) awards college scholarships to sons and daughters of active-duty police and fire personnel.  Application available at: NJELSA Scholarship Application 

Scholarship: NJSTRIDE

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: APR. 10, 2025

Description: NJSTRIDE (formerly known as CJPRIDE) is honored to offer two (2) scholarships in the amount of $1,500 to high school seniors from underrepresented groups, who plan to enroll in and attend a college or university in NJ, NY, CT, PA, DE, MD  or a Minority Serving Institution Nationwide (HBCUS, HSIs, TCUs, AAPISI's)* and pursue education as a career.  Application available at:  NJSTRIDE 

Scholarship: American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE)

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: APR. 10, 2025

Description:The North Jersey Branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers is granting two $3,500 scholarships to graduating seniors who intend to pursue a college degree in civil engineering in the fall. Application available at:  ASCE 

Scholarship:  The Helping Angels 2026 Scholarship

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: APR. 12, 2026

Description: This is a competitive scholarship established for the purpose of helping female students that can demonstrate their potential to be a future leader in a range of fields. Applicants should be community service oriented, but this is not the sole determining factor.   Application available at: Helping Angels  

Scholarship: OCA NJ Chapter Scholarship

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION:  APR. 12, 2026

Description: OCA New Jersey Chapter is pleased to announce our Scholarship Program for 2026! These scholarships are available to all high school seniors of Asian American descent who are full time students and residents of the state of New Jersey who will be attending an accredited institution of higher learning (College, University, Jr./Community College or Trade School). We continue to offer 2 different scholarship programs. The first is our traditional Essay Scholarship with awards ranging from $3.500 to $300, and the second is for those who better express themselves in a more creative and artistic endeavor which is dedicated to the Spirit of Corky Lee in the amount of $1,500.  Application available at: OCA Scholarship Program 

Scholarship: The Tzu Chi USA Scholarship 

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: APR. 15, 2025

Description: The Tzu Chi USA Scholarship is a scholarship program funded by Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation to recognize and provide financial assistance to outstanding college-bound high school graduates and continuing undergraduate students who were prior recipients in selected areas of the United States. Tzu Chi USA Scholars are selected on the basis of their financial need, academic achievement, and community involvement.   Application available at:  TZU CHI US Scholarships 

Scholarship: The New Jersey Schoolwomen's Club

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: APR. 18, 2026

Description: The NJ Schoolwomen's Club is a group of women educators engaged in all aspects of public education in New Jersey. The objectives of the club include promoting the interests of our profession, encouraging capable young women to become educators, and recognizing outstanding women in the field of education.The Jeannette Hodge, Mary Ann Giovannini, Patricia Barber and Johanna Capasso memorialscholarships, each in the amount of $500 and two educational awards, also in the amount of $500, will beawarded for academic achievement. Scholarship: Nancy & Robert Eskow NCJW/Essex Volunteer Awards 

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: APR. 20, 2026

Description: For almost 25 years, the Nancy & Robert Eskow NCJW/Essex Volunteer Awards have recognized graduating high school seniors who demonstrate their commitment to making life better for others by volunteering through community service or advocacy. Scholarship: Student - View Scholarship Program

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: APR. 23, 2026

Description: The 2026 Student - View Scholarship Program is offering over $13,000 worth of scholarships to high school seniors who plan to attend a four-year college, community/junior college or career school. Application available at:  www.student-view.com/ScholarshipWmap.html 

Scholarship: The Sallie Mae Fund’s Bridging the Dream Scholarship 

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: APR. 25, 2026

Description: High School Seniors who are facing financial challenges may apply to The Sallie Mae Fund’s Bridging the Dream Scholarship and win up to a $10,000 scholarship to help them attend college or a vocational-technical school. Application available at: Sallie Mae Fund Scholarship 

Scholarship: Hickory Tree Chorus Scholarship

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: APR. 30, 2026

Description: Hickory Tree Chorus is a women’s vocal group based in Stirling, NJ. Our chorus has awarded an annual scholarship for over 30 years to students from areas in which its members reside. Keeping with this tradition, we are pleased to offer the $1,000 Diane Cecala Memorial Scholarship to a musically talented high school senior girl interested in pursuing vocal music in college.  Application available at: HTC    

Scholarship: Souls of Butterflies, The Briana McBride Foundation

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: APR. 30, 2026

Description: The 2026 Briana McBride Foundation's, Souls of Butterflies Scholarship is a program designed to support dedicated students who demonstrate personal integrity, and resilience in their fight against pediatric cancer.
