This past week we continued to work on projects for Open House. We are so excited to share everything we've done with you tomorrow (Monday 3/16)! Please stop by our classroom anytime from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. The ice cream social will also be going on from 6:00 to 7:30 in the cafeteria. 

This week, we will begin our new Knowledge unit, The U.S. Civil War. 

We completed our math lesson on subtracting 3-digit numbers.  Please look for a take home letter on our next lesson, Use Addition and Subtraction Strategies with Three-Digit Numbers, in your child's folder tomorrow. Please consider doing the activity on the back with your child. In addition, your child can also do unfinished problems on our green practice pages and Fluency and Skills  Practice pages. When they bring them back to school, they can earn 2 Branch Bucks, for each page.
