The company was founded on a desire to provide a safe and healthy environment for individuals needing flexible, accessible, and self-directed support while creating opportunities for maximum independence through every service offered. Innovative Services programs help teach the support skill sets to increase independence, how to relate to one another and others in their communities, and how to be members of the community. They introduce individuals to new experiences and provide a safe and healthy living environment. They provide on-call nurse support with a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Practical Nurse and teach individuals about their medications. They also provide 24-hour supplemental support (crisis response). Some of the services include residential, support, community living programs, and vocational services.
