Help you communicate effectively with providers and medical offices
Review and explain medical bills and insurance EOBs (Explanations of Benefits)
Help you prepare for appointments, referrals, and specialist visits
Support understanding of denied claims and appeals processes
Assist with coordinating care across multiple doctors or clinics
Provide guidance on second opinions and specialty care resources
Assist with creating and managing insurance member portals
Explain coverage details, in-network options, and benefit limitations
Clarify copays, deductibles, and coinsurance responsibilities
Guide prior authorizations and referral workflows
Share information on financial assistance programs and community resources
Help patients understand Medicaid, CHIP, and commercial insurance plans
Wellness & Juice Education (Non-Medical)
Education on cold-pressed juices, teas, and wellness beverages
Ingredient education (what ingredients are commonly used and why)
General wellness lifestyle discussions (hydration, routine, balance)
Support understanding food labels and ingredient lists
Guidance on building sustainable wellness habits

Wellness Consultations (Non-Clinical)
One-on-one wellness conversations focused on lifestyle and routine
Goal-setting for hydration and wellness consistency
Education-based discussions around wellness choices
No diagnosis, treatment, or medical recommendations

Administrative Support (Non-Clinical)
Provide checklists to organize healthcare and insurance paperwork
Help track claims or authorizations (without collecting or storing personal medical documents)
Educate clients on patient rights and confidentiality protections
Patient Advocacy & Healthcare Navigation $25 for 40 minutes via private Google Meet with Lisa
Wellness Consultations $50 for 40 minutes via private Google Meet with Julie
