K-5 Math

Arkansas Mathematics Standards establish guidelines for Mathematics instruction. CCSS-aligned math standards focus on learning math skills and concepts in the context of solving real-world problems. At each grade, students are expected to not only develop an understanding of content standards, but also develop key behaviors outlined in the Standards for Mathematical Practice. Arkansas Mathematics Standards represent an attempt at greater clarity and more consistent implementation across the state. Many of the revisions are a rewording of the original CCSS.

Reveal Math®, a balanced elementary math program, develops the problem solvers of tomorrow by incorporating both inquiry-focused and teacher-guided instructional strategies within each lesson.

In order to uncover the full potential in every student, Reveal Math champions a positive classroom environment, explores mathematics through a flexible lesson design, and tailors classroom activities to student need. These guiding principles allow student to take ownership of their mathematical journey!

Gain fluency and confidence in math! IXL helps students master essential skills at their own pace through fun and interactive questions, built in support, and motivating awards.

Reveal Math 6–8: A Middle School Math Curriculum

The principles of Reveal Math™ derive from the latest research on how students learn best—through productive struggle, rich tasks, and mathematical discourse. Reveal Math empowers educators to uncover the mathematician in every middle school student through powerful explorations, rich technology, and timely and insightful differentiation opportunities. The unique approach of Reveal Math ensures students don’t just meet the standards, they master them.

ALEKS (Assessment and Learning in Knowledge Spaces) is a web-based, artificially intelligent assessment and learning system for grades 3–12. ALEKS uses adaptive questioning to quickly and accurately determine exactly what topics a student knows and doesn’t know in a course. ALEKS then instructs each student on the topics they are most ready to learn.
