"The Return of Dragon" is a vibrant and culturally rich event that aims to celebrate the Chinese New Year of the dragon and marks the comeback of the iconic dragon performance, a tradition that dates to the 70s in Sydney Chinatown, led by the renowned Australian Yau Kung Mun, also known as Lion Dance Kids 柔功門.

The Parade will start at 10:30am at Dixon Street and parading Dixon Street towards Sussex Street.
This is followed by a Lion Dance Parade that will visit shops in Sydney Chinatown and surrounding streets.

In the midst of escalating East-West tensions, our mission is to enhance China-Australian relations by promoting cultural exchange, understanding, and peace.
