This course covers principles of human development from birth through adulthood. Students will be exposed to a variety of concepts and research findings regarding lifespan development. Students will be able to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the varying approaches to development, as well as the difficulties with defining and measuring “average” developmental milestones.
Prerequisites: PSY 201 (General Psychology)
The course uses open pedagogy.
