Dear Woodside Community!  

I am so happy to be able to serve as the school counselor for Woodside Elementary and I feel so fortunate to be working with your students.  I earned my masters in School Counseling from the University of Southern Maine in 2012.  I supplement my work with children through my experience as a certified yoga instructor which includes additional training in trauma-informed practices when working with youth.  I enjoy traveling, hiking, kayaking, practicing yoga, biking, and doing anything outdoors! 

School counseling services, whether direct or responsive, are available to all students.  My role is to implement programming which teaches knowledge, attitudes, and skills to support the academic, social-emotional, and career development of all students.  

You, or anyone working with your child, may refer them to me for support through individual, or group counseling.   Your child will see me throughout the building whether in their classrooms, at bus duty, on the playground, and my door is always open for any student wishing to see me in my office.  I look forward to getting to know you and your child!
