If you already have forms that you would like to have recreated to fit your brand, updated with new information, or converted to an editable .pdf, Line By Line, LLC., is the business documents solution for you!

All services are billed at a rate of $75.00 per hour with a one hour minimum.  After the first hour, the rate is prorated until project completion.  Please note that applicable sales tax will be applied in addition to the base rate.  In some cases, additional fees may apply.  See below for details.

Rates are subject to change with or without notice outside of the 30 day quote guarantee.

In some cases, additional fees may apply above the standard hourly rate.  These include but may not be limited to:

• Purchase of client specific fonts/typeface

• Licensing costs for images not already owned by the client or otherwise free to use.

• Third party fees for professional printing or graphic design requests by the client.

• Cancellation by the client of any project after the commencement date in the amount of 25% of the total project quote.

Clients will initially submit a request for a quote providing an overview of the project and deadline.  Aaron will contact you to discuss additional details in order to provide an accurate quote.  Clients are encouraged to email samples, templates, logos/images, sketches, available text, etc., if applicable.

Once a quote is provide to the client, a 50% deposit will be required to begin work.  The quote is good for 30 days.  

Clients will receive a first draft of the document on or before the agreed upon draft date.  Clients may make up to 3 edits at no additional charge as long as those edits do not substantially alter the original document.  Changes that do substantially alter the original document (changes to greater than 25% of the document), or additional edits after the 3rd draft will be subject to continued billing at the original hourly rate.

Once the client agrees to the final document, the remaining 50% balance and any applicable additional fees will be due before the final draft is released to the client.

Every effort is made to ensure your complete satisfaction!  Please communicate any concerns should they arise at any point in the process.  In the unlikely event that an issue cannot be resolved to the full satisfaction of the client, a partial to full refund may be applied depending on the date of cancellation, complexity of work done to date and/or terms of the agreement.  Clients are strictly prohibited from using any portion of the work completed by Line By Line, LLC., in such cases and will be subject to copyright infringement laws for failure to comply.

From time to time, Line By Line, LLC., will offer discounts for new clients.  This information will be posted to our website as they occur.  Additionally, existing clients may receive a 10% discount on the base rate of their next project by referring a new client.  The discount will be applied after the new client completes their first order.

As a small, independently owned business, Line By Line, LLC., seeks  to build partnerships.  If cost is prohibitive for your business, please still send a request for a quote.  If we can make it work, we will!

All copyright and intellectual property ownership provided by the client will always remain with the client.  Upon receipt of the final document, the client will assume full ownership of and rights to the document for internal use.  The sale or redistribution of completed projects without the expressed, advance, written permission of the President and CEO is strictly prohibited and will be subject to penalties in accordance with appliable law.  

The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all use agreements and licenses on purchased images and/or third party created elements and releases Line By Line, LLC., of all liability.
