Aaron Williams founded Line By Line, LLC., in 2025.  Aaron lives in Damascus, Oregon.  

After studying at The Johns Hopkins University, Aaron assumed the role of Academic Program Coordinator for the Undergraduate Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology programs at the university.  Here, among other responsibilities, Aaron was tasked with designing all internal forms, student handbooks, promotional materials and online presence for the programs.

Upon relocating to Dallas, Texas, Aaron assumed the role of Design and Production Specialist with the Boston Consulting Group.  In this capacity, Aaron collaborated with BCG consultants for production needs of Fortune 100 and 500 clients globally.  These needs ran the gamut from internal communication initiatives to client forms, surveys, promotional materials, marketing and branding, PowerPoint Decks and more.

In 2008, Aaron moved to the beautiful Pacific Northwest where he found a passion for seniors and those living with Alzheimer's and Dementia, working with local Senior Living companies in multiple capacities from Executive Director, Operations Analyst and Acquisitions Manager.  During his tenure in the industry, Aaron designed, created, implemented and evaluated all business documents including human resources, new hire documentation, handbooks, training manuals and presentations, as well as marketing materials.

A decade later, Aaron transitioned to the Health Care Industry serving as the Chief Operating Officer for an area Primary Care/Urgent Care practice.  Aaron completely transformed the company by designing all contracts, patient forms, guides, brochures and marketing materials as well as all Human Resources, OSHA and regulatory compliant business documents.  

After decades of bringing success to other businesses, Aaron decided to follow his life-long dream of starting his own business.
