Reptile & Amphibian Homecare

Reptiles & Amphibians

General homecare considerations for reptiles and amphibians:

  • Rehabilitation herps must be kept separate from personal pet herps. Ideally they would be in a separate room, but could be in a room with other herps if they are in a separate/secluded section of the room.

  • Rehabilitation herps must be handled with nitrile gloves, and cared for with tools/instruments/supplies that are not used for personal pet herps.
