I was today years old when I discovered your website courtesy of Google Gemini where I am gathering online news articles to support a number of AFCA claims on behalf of members of my community who have had significant sums of money stolen by scammers via bank transfer.
I would like to understand how you might be able to assist me and my community where I note that you are a non-profit and I do not charge members of my community for the support I offer them in their fight, and it is still a fight, for reimursement where the main problem is first payments to new payees
If you have a look at my business web page www.lincolncomputercentre.com.au you will see that I regularly present scam information to vulnerable groups, ie older Australians. And if you have a look at my Scams menu you will be able see what I have been up to where my main problem has been gaining traction. In particular, "Dealing with your Bank" page is as true now as when I wrote it in July 2021
So, any advice you can offer to me or members of my community will be much appreciated, noting that I am now working back over the past 6 years and lodging more claims with AFCA thanks to the new rules from 12 March 2026
