My son is a self-described robotics geek and 3D printing hobbyist. Since the outbreak, he has been tinkering with CADD and Thingaverse, on some mask component systems and face shields. He has a Creality CR-10 and has been printing for about three years. At any rate, I was at work this morning (I work for Samaritan) and saw that you and Lindsay Johnson are working with Samaritan to get a design done, approved and cleared for use. I was just wondering if you need someone to print that design for you as well? We have a lot of PLA filament and time on our hands, LOL, and would be happy to mail them to you or Samaritan.

That is great that your son is exploring this field. He seems to have a good machine and is learning some important programs.I believe that the build plate on that model is too small for the headband print. It also requires a special hospital grade filament, PETG, not PLA. When we get up and running in full we will reach out if we think we can use more printers, so stay tuned.Here is a site where I'm collecting info about our project.
