Welcome to our Star Valley Branch Library Online Adventures page. We started this page during the COVID-19 crisis as a way to bring fun virtual programming to our patrons. We will update these sites periodically adding more activities, and deleting those that have expired. We hope you enjoy the activities!
Summer reading is upon us! Join the Star Valley Branch Library Young Adults, ages 12- 19, in a Tournament of Legends! There will be books, movies, games, and good fun all around! Click the button below to find the instructions you need for a summer of fun!
Are you ready to learn more about global culture and enjoy some great staycations? Do you need extra curriculum for your homeschool program? Do you want to participate in community cultural events learning more about the world surrounding us? Then join the Star Valley Branch Library's Globe Trotters program. This programming is appropriate for ages 8 and up, however it can be adapted for younger users.
Every Monday each month from August through May 2021 we will explore different parts of the world learning about geography, language, religion, history, literature, music, art, food, daily life, animals, influences on the world, pop culture, and more through lessons, videos, and website links curated and authored by the Star Valley Branch Library staff. Then every first Saturday from September through June join us from 12:00 to 2:00 we will meet and have a culture day playing games, learning through hands on STEAM activities, listening to music, dancing, and more. These culture days will be held at the library. We hope to see you there .

Join us for a fun virtual family adventure across 6 animal habitats based off of the Race the Wild series by Kristin Earhart and illustrated by Erwin Madrid. Each week we will post a new adventure for you family to travel through during the week. Families that complete all six adventures win ultimate bragging rights. You suddenly find yourself transported from a virtual library program about Greece into the middle of the Labyrinth at the Palace of Knosses when Hades tosses cherished items of the other gods into the Labyrinth.
