What is School to Community?
Welcome to the School to Community program at Bayridge. This program support students with exceptionalities from grade 9 to 12+. Our program has two teachers and 8 dedicated educational assistants who work throughout two main classrooms and a variety of integrated classrooms. Programming for each student is individualized based on IEP goals and ranges from social/ life skills, health and wellness, transportation and community safety and arts and culture. We look forward to meeting and welcoming any new students.
