This counselling service is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. All information shared during sessions will be kept strictly private, except in the following exceptional circumstances:
Imminent Danger: If there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, I may be legally obligated to disclose information to relevant authorities.
Legal Requirement: If required by law, I may be compelled to disclose information to law enforcement or other legal bodies.
Child Protection: If I have concerns about the safety or well-being of a child, I may be legally obligated to report these concerns to the appropriate authorities.
Clinical Supervision: To ensure the highest quality of care, I may discuss your case in a confidential and anonymous manner with my clinical supervisor.
