Based in Burntwood, Staffordshire, I offer face to face counselling sessions in the confidential and private location ideal to provide an environment that makes you feel safe and heard.
Alternatively, for those who find it unsuitable to travel and may prefer online services, I provide an ethical safe space through online video link services.
I have been providing mental health support for a number of years in various capacities, through workplace Mental Health Support Worker, volunteering at a number of charities and charitable organisations, such as Victim Support, and Better Ways Recovery and being "that" person people gravitate to when in need of a listening ear and an empathic understanding of their immediate worries and concerns.
More recently I have developed my skills in counselling to provide a structured therapeutic service that compliments my person-centred approach in working with children, young adults and over 18's.
I am a fully qualified Therapeutic Counsellor with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, and have worked with a number of clients over a range of emotional and mental wellness issues. I am able to support you.

Personal Bio about Tracey
I am a born and bred Midlander, originally from Birmingham, I now live in Chasetown, Burntwood.
I have experienced a varied career history:
Working in offices (industries including occupational health, construction, double glazing, credit and debt agencies, vehicle industry, furniture manufacturing, engineering).
Providing professional and personal care within Domiciliary care and care home establishments, supporting the elderly, dementia and various abilities and disabling conditions, cancer, Parkinson's disease, and supporting those who are end of life and their immediate loved ones.
I am a qualified TA, working with children in nursery, and education Key Stage 1, 2, 3 and 4, as well as running my own Toddler group. More recently I have been working as a SEN TA in main stream schools, supporting complex needs through Key stage 1,2 and 3.
With this wealth of experience, knowledge and understanding of many avenues within my own life path and personal journey, I provide a genuine empathic understanding of what life experiences unfold and the challenges and chaos that can impact on our own existence, as well as the resulting effects it can take on our mental and emotional wellbeing.
I have a full appreciation of how unique each and every person is, that they have been the only person to walk their journey and therefore their experiences are unique to them.
