Course Title:  Tracing History Through Your Family Roots      

Dates:  June 26-30, 2023 (Monday - Friday) Total of 5 Days

Course Details: 



The course will cover the basics of genealogy, including how to use various research tools such as census records, birth and death certificates, military records, and other archival materials. Students will also learn how to use online databases and resources to help them trace their family's roots.  Throughout the course, students will have the opportunity to work on their own family tree project.  In addition to research and documentation, the course will also explore the cultural and historical context of their ancestors. Students will learn about the customs, traditions, and social conditions that their ancestors lived in, as well as the historical events that shaped their lives.

Breakfast will be provided free of charge from 8:00 AM -- 8:30 AM
