Physical Education
This term, the students have participated in various intense physical activities, providing them with opportunities to improve their endurance and strength. High-intensity workouts are designed to push their bodies to the limit, often involving short bursts of vigorous exercise followed by brief rest periods. These workouts are effective for burning calories, building strength, and improving cardiovascular health.
We also focused on building stamina, involving the students in long-distance running. Stamina workouts aim to enhance endurance and the ability to sustain physical activity over longer periods. These typically involve exercises that challenge the cardiovascular system, muscular endurance, and overall stamina.
Moreover, the students have learned about recovery exercises following high-intensity activities. Cool-down exercises are crucial for aiding recovery, reducing muscle soreness, and gradually returning the body to its resting state after a workout.
