Rachel is a Mental Health Endorsed Occupational Therapist who works with adults across the lifespan experiencing mental health challenges or navigating changes in roles and life stages. She works collaboratively with clients to build practical skills, confidence, and sustainable routines that support everyday functioning and overall wellbeing.
Rachel has worked within the community-based setting since graduating from Curtin University in 2015, working across the employment, disability, and private sectors.

Her practice integrates function-based strategies with training in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and sensory-informed approaches. She is passionate about supporting clients to explore their interests and values, build meaningful connections, and work towards a fulfilling and balanced life.
Rachel values collaboration, curiosity, and creativity within the therapeutic process. Therapy is individually tailored to each person’s goals, values, and life context, with a strong focus on meaningful participation in daily activities.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors and can often be found hiking, snorkelling, or attempting to cultivate a vegetable garden.
