Clinical Excellence & Autonomy: Your Focus, Your Practice, Your Way

You will be able to access a diverse and robust referral stream utilising various funding models, including: Medicare (CDM and BAMH), Worker's Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance, NDIS (Plan and Self Managed Only), and Private Health Insurance.

Focus on OT, Not Admin Hassle: Our professional administrative team handles the entire back-end process, including initial client booking, scheduling, fee collection, and invoicing to clients and third parties. This allows you to focus on delivering the clinical outcomes you love and trained for.
Set Your Schedule: You determine how and when the services are delivered. You have the flexibility to determine your own work schedule.
Service Location Flexibility: Choose your preferred service delivery methods: clinic-based (Mt Lawley, Joondalup, Bibra Lake or Cottesloe WA ), home visiting, or telehealth from your own premises.

First Impressions Matter: Welcome clients, families, and health professionals with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
Streamline Operations: Manage clinic diaries, handle appointments, manage referrals, and keep clinician schedules running smoothly.
Essential Admin Support: Handle client invoicing, fee processing, and administrative support for both private and NDIS clients.
Clinical Team Partnership: Act as the operational backbone for our OTs, allowing them to focus on delivering life-changing care.
Organised Environment: Keep reception, records, and day-to-day office processes structured and efficient.
Work-Life Balance: Permanent part-time stability—30 hours per week, Monday through Thursday (Fridays off!).
Competitive Compensation: $30–$35 per hour + superannuation, based on experience.

We are looking for an organised, reliable, and empathetic professional who brings:
People Skills: A friendly, approachable, and professional communication style with clients, families, and stakeholders.
Allied Health / NDIS Experience: Prior experience in healthcare, disability, or allied health admin, with familiarity with NDIS processes, is highly regarded.
Systems & Software Confidence: Comfort using computer systems and practice management software (experience with Zanda or similar CRMs is an advantage).
Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
Team-First Mindset: A positive attitude and a passion for contributing to an inclusive, supportive workplace.
