These are the assemblies which were used within my controller pendant. I have used components and subcomponents in my design.
These are the assemblies which were used within my controller pendant. I set the slide to have a minimum of -45mm so it moves out of the threaded hole, showing the assembly motion. This is known as a geometry constraint as it sets a limit on the joint movement.
This showcases the constraints that have been set on the buttons motion, it has a maximum and a minimum in which the button can slide up and down simulating it being pressed.
I inserted screwws into my design as this quicker and more efficient than trying to model it myself. This is the mcmaster carr library.
Duplicates the components into a pattern, this allows me to have all the required screws to assemble my design.
This is the animation i made within fusion360 showing the disassembly process. It shows an explosion of the model.
