Use Garden Log for Instructor and Gardeners to communicate, consider tagging people with a comment

• Gardeners note observations and actions done during maintenance visits.

• communicate anything special related to current care ie. Instructor-"let the chard plant in bed 3 go to seed, I want to harvest them with kids", Gardener-"I noticed crawling grasses in the compost and removed them, remind kids not to add grasses to compost", Gardener-"The apple trees need to be thinned - that could be a great project to do with kids", Instructor- "there are holes all over my radish leaves, do you have an idea what is going on or what do?"

• record current irrigation timer cycles - if you change a cycle note it

• note bigger projects that you notice need to be done and list those projects on appropriate tab of the PVUSD Garden Sites Care

Use the PVUSD Gardens Site Care to list / track maintenance requests/repairs/projects and request items to be purchased and delivered for site care.
