DAMIANO CHIESA
Damiano Chiesa, born in Rovereto, Trentino, on May 24, 1894, was an Italian soldier and irredentist. Imprisoned in Trento, Chiesa faced a trial for high treason and was sentenced to death.

Damiano Chiesa participated in the war against his hometown. As a result, he was captured and sentenced to death for betraying his country, and the execution took place at Castello del Buonconsiglio in Trento on May 19, 1916.
