Spring Trip - schlitterbahn

Hello, SRMS band/choir students and parents! Our 7th/8th Grade students are taking a trip to Schlitterbahn on Saturday, May 16, 2026. Students will NOT perform during this trip - this trip is a reward for all of their hard work preparing for and participating in the UIL process. 

Trip Date: Saturday, May 16, 2026

Departure from SRMS: 7:30 AM  

Return to SRMS: 6:30 PM

Cost: $80.00 total (covers transportation, admission into the park, and lunch/snack/drink). You may pay in two installments (see deadlines below) or pay the entire amount by the first deadline.

Deadlines: 

• Travel Contract + first installment of $40: due Wednesday, March 11

• Second installment of $40: due Monday, April 13

To enroll your student for the trip, please do the following:

1. Fill out & turn in a paper copy of the attached Travel Contract.

2. Attach cash or a check for the first installment ($40) OR the full payment ($80) - if paying by check, please make it out to SRMS Band. You may also pay online using this link (an extra $2.50 service fee). The link will also be on the Band Website & Choir Website.

Only ONE FULL payment/contract is needed if your student is in both band and choir.
