All 4th and 5th graders are welcome to try out for the Rancho Choir.

Everyone who would like to take part in the choir will do a short audition. These will take place during their grade level Encore time. This is a scheduled part of their school day, so no need to bring your student to school early or stay late!

• 5th Grade auditions: Thursday, September 15th from 7:45-8:15

• 4th Grade auditions: Friday, September 16th from 7:45-8:15

We will rehearse every Monday after school from 3:00pm-4:00pm. We will not rehearse on a Monday when there is a holiday, or when other events arise. Please be sure that your student can commit to being present for at least 75% of the rehearsals before auditioning.

The Rancho Choir will have various performance opportunities throughout the year. Here is an idea of when and what types of performances we will do:

• Veterans Day Assembly (during the school day)

• Holiday Caroling

• Fine Arts Night

• Spring Concert

• Kindergarten Graduation

• There is a one time payment of $30 to be in the Rancho Choir. This money goes to a t-shirt, music, and other supplies.
