Welcome to Legacy Ranch Middle School! I am so excited to be serving our Wrangler students and families as they navigate these dynamic, foundational years. With 8 years of experience as a school counselor, my passion lies in empowering students to build confidence, manage academic and personal challenges, and develop strong social-emotional skills.

As a former active-duty military spouse of over 10 years, I bring a unique, firsthand perspective to our school community. Having personally navigated frequent moves and military life, I specialize in supporting families through transitions, stress management, and mentorship—skills that serve all students as they experience the natural ups and downs of growing up. 

In my spare time I love to be with my husband of 20 years and our two kids, Sean and Emily. I enjoy reading books (Fantasy is my genre!), being outdoors, baking in the Fall and painting as well! I look forward to getting to know our Wranglers and having a very successful school year at Legacy Ranch MS.  Wreck Em!!

Welcome, Wranglers! I am a proud counselor at Legacy Ranch Middle School. I received my undergraduate degree from Angelo State University and my master's degree from The University of Texas at Arlington. I began my career in Social Work and have worked in various settings within the field. As a licensed social worker, I have aspired to make a change, and that has led me to School Counseling. My husband and I have one son, who just turned one. We also have four dogs, Penny, Luna, Bruno, and Zora. I believe the best therapy is wet nose therapy!

I have been fortunate to serve as a school mental health counselor here at LHISD and transitioned over to school counseling over the past two years. It has been my pleasure getting to see your students grow! It is a privilege to continue to serve the students, staff, and families of Liberty Hill ISD. Wreck 'Em!
