CYDNEY JACKSON

Mrs. Jackson is thrilled to be in her 4th year as Choir Director at LHMS! She is extremely blessed and honored to be taking over the program which she loves so much. She is from Austin, Texas and attended Vista Ridge High School in Cedar Park, where she was involved in AVID, Theatre, and Choir. 

Mrs. Jackson is a graduate of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, where she obtained a bachelor's degree in music education. While in college, she was a member of One Voice and Concert Choir. As a member of these ensembles, she was able to travel and perform in Hawaii, Japan, and Vatican City in Rome. 

Outside of school, she loves to spend time with her husband and their dog and cat, Beau and Olivia. Her hobbies include finding new coffee shops to hang out in, reading all the books, and cooking!
