LCEF sponsored a special project request that allowed 30 Spanish 3 students to attend the Hispanic Famenco Ballet's Hispania American Show. It was a live cultural experience that celebrated Latin America through music and dance.

English teacher Jeff Ressler recently began a new Broadcasting course. The Liberty Center Education Foundation helped with equipment by purchasing 2 video cameras and 2 tripods. Mr. Ressler's class has conducted interviews, completed newscasts, and created commercials using this equipment.

- create videos that show understanding of important events from history, themes from literature, as well as math and science concepts with video and editing apps that have been purchased.

Wonder League Robotics Competition
Wonder League Robotics Competition
A small group of sixth grade students are currently using the ipads to learn coding and have even entered an online coding competition. Wonder League Robotics Competition. The Wonder League Robotics Competition (WLRC) provides a way of entering a coding competition online. Students must complete a series of story-based challenges, submit their code and a video of the robots running the code. Our team is learning all about trouble-shooting and problem solving as we tweak and debug the code and accessories to meet the challenges.
