Teacher of the Month for March

Each month in the Mountain View Birch Tree Liberty Highschool does an event where FTA members vote and select a specific teacher to be represented for a specific month. The current sponsor for the FTA is Mr. Conway. So far the voting is held within the school. The main point of this is so that the school and the teachers can see who has been working to their very extent making an example for other teachers to try their very best. Coach Eli Ernst is trying his very best to give these students an education so their futures will be brimming with opportunities.

When Coach Eli is teaching his students it can have multiple impacts or even change their goals and the expectations they see. Coach Ernst said that “goals have never changed, be an example of salt and light allowing us to promote them to values, morals and work ethic while progressing towards graduation.”

Students show that Coach Ernst’s goal has already become a reality, his teaching from his heart shows that it can change or alter the students goals or even opinions on the way they receive an education. Even as a teacher, Coach Eli motivates everyone around him, “helping kids that are less fortunate than others,” Said Coach Eli.

Teaching is a career that shows how much of an impact it can have on communication, expressing the way you want students to learn. Coach Eli has taught his class in a way where it makes him an example and the FTA teacher for the month of March.
