The Mustang Messenger is the digital school newspaper for Laurel Highlands Middle School. Articles are written and submitted by students in grades 6-8. The paper is sponsored by Mrs. Thomas, who teaches Reading at LH Middle School. Each year three online issues are published: Fall, Winter, and Spring.

LHMS is under the direction of Mr. Michael Rozgony, principal, Mrs. Bobbi Downs, assistant principal, and is part of the Laurel Highlands School District in Uniontown, Pennsylvania.
